Most of the menu is gluten free in this build a salad and grain bowl restaurant and staff will change gloves when asked. The only gluten containing items are pita chips and bread, which are the very end of the line so cross contamination is minimized. I've gone a few times since they opened (the new harvest bowl is great) and have not been glutened. The menu calls out gluten free items but staff knowledge is iffy. Last time I went the girl had no idea what gluten was or what was gluten free. Luckily I did and she did change her gloves and in the end it was fine. Food is tasty, very fresh! Good for lunch or light dinner.
