We have eaten here many many times. They warn about cross contamination, so someone with Celiac is always taking a risk. My son is not sensitive and had many pizzas. He has also been sick after some though. I get sick from them and can not eat here. Great tasting pizza but be careful if you have Celiac!

NOT celiac friendly!! I asked how their gluten free pizza is prepared and they make it on the same surface as their other pizzas. The bartender who was waiting on us said "there's a good chance the flour will get on your pizza but we cook it in a separate oven". My confidence was gone in that moment. The only thing that made me comfortable was that he told me cross-contamination was a very real possibility. I respected that. Please note, I did not eat the food since I was not comfortable that cross-contamination was not happening elsewhere.

My husband ordered the scallop and bacon GF flatbread and said it was the best flatbread he’s had (even before his celiac diagnosis.) Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable of the GF options.

Very pleasant gf pizza here. Thick crust purchased from commercial pizza supplier. Wait staff was very knowledgeable about gf ingredients and cross contamination. Gf items prepared in separate part of kitchen and cooked in separate oven. Best of all did not get sick!

Wow. Best GF pizza I've ever had. I ordered the duck bacon and it was delicious. The crust is so good and thicker with actual substance. Most GF pizzas are so thin the crust is usually burnt, but with this I was actually starting on the side and eating the crust first it was so good.

They don’t prep and cook gluten free food with regular items. GF pizzas always come from the kitchen not from regular pizza oven.

I live in the area so I may be a little biased as I eat here all the time, but this is one of my favorite restaurants. The gluten free pizza is simply amazing and Crisp comes up with amazing pizza ideas that are delicious.

If I could rate this place zero, I would. $20 for a 10" GF pizza and it's absolutely terrible. They don't even disclaim it's only a personal size until you order. This is supposed to be a high end fancy flat bread place. In the end I think they just try too hard with their quail egg additions to make themselves different rather than focusing on being good. The crust reminded me of the pizza we used to have in high school served by the cafeteria. Bland, crumbly, and just plain awful.My friends who can eat regular gluten agree. The food is just not good here all around.
