Some menu items are marked GF. There were taco chips listed GF. I asked the server if there was a GF fryer, she seem to not be familiar with this concept and said she'd get back to me (she never did). I wanted the taco entree but couldn't figure out why it wasn't listed "*GF" because if the chips were GF... so I asked about it. I hard pressed asked why it wasn't. She tried to tell me it was the "the toppings" which ones? Because they all read as GF. Server clearly didn't know what gluten was. When she returned after going to the back and told me they were made with wheat wraps but I could have them with corn and she would put a note on the order too. A different waitress brought the food - I asked "are these corn wraps?" Blank look, um yes. I couldn't tell, they were fried (or wheat, who knows). So I waited for our server. Same unconvincing response. I guess it's my own fault for just not picking something with the asterisk.
