If you're looking for a fine dining experience, this is your place. If you're just looking to experience a standard Italian gf meal, I would steer away from here. The wine list was great, they had gluten free bread, and most of the menu can be prepared gf. They are a scratch kitchen, so they can do a lot of substitutions. I felt very comfortable eating here. However, the portions were tiny (smaller than most fine dining places I've been to in the US) and my wife and I both left hungry. We ended up going back to our restaurant from the night before and splitting a pizza.

First time using this app. Went to this place based on the fine reviews…. Let’s say we were not disappointed, so much food was eaten. The gluten free pasta (recommended again by the waiter was the best!)
Thanks to everyone there, especially Mateo (our waiter) who was amazing!
If we ever come back to Rome we will be back

This place is amazing!! Would definitely recommend for a fancy dinner. Make sure to get a reservation, but it is completely worth it! I spoke with the waiter about gluten free options and they pointed me to some options. The pasta was to die for and the tuna was melt in your mouth delicious! They have a shared kitchen, but I trusted their due diligence and did not get sick! Eat here!!

Just amazing!!!! Shared kitchen so use your best judgement but it’s a wonderful restaurant with an intimate setting (get a reservation) and incredible food! We did a 4 course meal with wine pairings, which I would recommend!

Best GF experience in Rome! I was not at all impressed by the food in Rome, nor the service, however Crispi 19 made up for it tenfold! The waiters made sure to suggest menu options that were gluten free and they even brought me gf bread in individual packaging to enjoy with the oil and vinegar!! The food was top-notch gourmet cuisine with surprisingly delicious combinations of flavors. Very pricey but if you’re looking for a fancy dinner in Rome with delicious gluten free options, make your reservation here!

5+ Stars! Eat here!
We had a FANTASTIC 7 Course Wine & Tasting Menu. The owners personally came out and introduced each individual course and explained the wine pairing choice. It was an incredible experience. It’s just a matter of time before they have a Michelin Star.
