Ate tapas here yesterday and allergens are marked on the menu! One of the waiters clearly have a good understreking of what gluten free means, but be aware that not all the waiters have the same knowledge. Ordered jamon serrano, plato de quesos and calamara romana originally, and told the waiter that it was very important that none of them contained gluten. When I got the plates I saw that the calamara romana was deep fried, and asked the other waiter if he was sure it was gluten free. And then he said that it was originally gluten free, but it was fried with other food containing gluten. So he allowed me to choose something else instead, so I choose the garlic prawns. Did not get sick 😊

There were also other gluten free options than the tapas. He even told me I could get burgers without the bun if I wanted to 😅
