The menu has a lot of things labeled as gluten free or gluten free optional but almost everything is cross-contaminated. The waiter at least warned me but my options were pretty much limited to pizza, pasta, or salad. Only one of the appetizers (of the 5 or 6 labeled) was actually able to be GF. Couldn’t even have the BLT on GF bread since they apparently deep fry the bacon (???). Ended up getting a burger that was probably the most basic burger I’ve ever seen in LA. Overall just a very misleading experience given that we chose this place because of all of the supposed GF options.
Amazing food!! 100% plant-based so no dairy or eggs. Even the bartender was knowledgeable about gluten and it seems like they take it seriously. Shared fryer unfortunately. We had the watermelon salad, truffle fettucine, and truffle potatoes, all delicious! I recommend making a reservation.
Tasty vegetarian gf sandwich and salad. Lots on the menu has gf option. The waiter asked if I had allergies and let me know the fryers were not dedicated gf.
Exceptionally delicious spaghetti bolognese and Caesar salad. Couldn’t believe it was vegan! Gluten free and gluten free options (GFO) available on the menu, just be sure to check. 5 stars for service and ambiance too!
I have celiac and had a fantastic time here. The waiter was very confident in being able to deliver gf food with precautions taken. I nearly cried when I saw the Kale salad had gf croutons - which I can never seem to find! I felt very taken care of and the food was lovely. Got the kale salad, truffle potatoes, and a gf spicy rigatoni (which the chef made specially gf for me!). It's def pricey here but will come back for date night / special occasion.
safe bet for celiacs. excellent plant based menu. not cheap, but great for special occasion.
