On safety—At XR, we take all dietary preferences, restrictions, and sensitivities extremely seriously. The owner and chef is ServeSafe certified, Allergen Awareness certified, and keenly sensitive to dietary requirements. To prevent CC for our customers’ sandwiches, we pull a long piece of fresh butcher paper to a typically non-sandwich making area. ‘Fresh’ or freshly cleaned knifes are used, gloves from a clean box as well, and the bread itself is wrapped individually, and only exposed once opened. If requested, we can wrap sandwiches in foil to put them in the panini press.
Because we are not a dedicated GF facility, we cannot offer 100% guarantee of zero gluten possibility. We make every effort to ensure food safety in all regards.
