Great choice of gluten free food, all sandwiches available gluten free. Good choice for children. Owner is gluten and dairy free so the staff are very knowledgeable.

Super friendly coeliac shangri-la. The landlord has coeliac disease so most of the food offered is gluten free, and is excellent. To top it all they stocked a superb on tap, draft ale, from a local brewery; Rivet Catcher, as well as normal ales; Muckle Tickle being one. I have got to say although I am not a big beer drinker, the Rivet Catcher was superb, and necessitated me checking it was as good as I thought it was every night of our stay! This has set the gold standard by which every pub and restaurant in my book is measured by. Go there, it’s not pretentious and looks like a beer drinkers pub, get past that and you won’t be disappointed.

My GF FD daughter had fish, chips and mushy peas and they were all excellent. Superb, crispy batter, tasty chips and the mushy peas that we would all normally avoid were fantastic. A real success and we would highly recommend.

We had gf fish and chips!!! It was amazing, fresh, delicious, not greasy and completely gf. They have salads and sandwiches etc. It’s a pub, so standard pub food - dinner menu looked wonderful but we were only there for lunch due to the tides. Chef is celiac and dairy free. Staff told us almost everything is made with gf flour/products to avoid cross contamination.
