Stumbled upon this place today while out. Small selection of gluten free wraps made by another local restaurant (Planted). They reheat the wraps using a shared panini press, but will wrap the sandwiches in parchment paper if you inform them of an allergy or celiac disease. They were also careful to wash hands and tried their best not to cross-contaminate anything. When asked about how they handle their gluten free food they were happy to share steps they take to protect those with dietary needs.
