We stayed at this hotel in Sept., 2023. We ate at the restaurant for supper & our waiter was very knowledgeable about how to accommodate gluten free. The menu indicates gf options, but he was able to provide even more! They also have a reasonably priced breakfast buffet. I was able to eat a few options (boiled eggs, cheese, fruit) but when I told them I needed gf, they brought me a basket of individually wrapped Schar products! Although this hotel isn’t in Venice proper, the train to take you there is right behind the hotel & Venice is 5 stops away!
