Disappointing experience tonight due to an uninformed waitress. When asked if their chicken dish is gluten free, her response was, “Oh yeah, it’s just chicken.” When my plate arrived, it was 2 pieces of fried chicken. When I pointed out the chicken was fried, the waitress denied it was fried, however confirmed with the kitchen it was in fact fried. Manager stated he is also celiac, like me, however wish his staff was more educated. If you think your food may not be gluten free here, it’s probably not. Please be careful!
