Excellent sushi! Staff was knowledgeable about gluten and how to modify rolls.

There isn’t a gf menu, but most of the sushi items can be made gluten free except those with sweet potato, crab or eel. They said they could switch out any shrimp tempura for regular shrimp and were overall quite accommodating. They have gf soy sauce and our waitress was very kind and knowledgeable!

Very knowledgeable staff! Was able to confidently suggest menu items that could be made gluten free and steered me away from others! Had GF soy sauce as well.
