We had a fabulous 4 course dinner during restaurant week at Crudos. There were several choices for most of the courses. My celiac husband loved everything. He chose the yellowtail crudo,burrata cheese without the bread, squid ink risotto, and butterscotch pots de creme without the cookie. My husband is celiac and had no digestive issues.
