Crumb Gourmet Deli

Not at all celiac safe. The staff did not change their gloves when making my salad, and there were visible bread crumbs all over the vegetable bins.

I stopped at the recently opened store in Eagan. Nothing is marked gluten free so I asked what they offered. The reply was "everything is gluten free, if made with gluten free bread." I could see the ingredients as it's set up similar to a subway sandwich restaurant. I could see that some of the food was definitely not gluten free. I then asked if any of their soups were gluten free. Again I was told all of the soups were gf. "Even the chicken noodle?", I asked. They weren't sure about that one. Needless to say I did not take a chance on eating here. The staff had no idea what was or wasn't gluten free. The app won't let you post a review unless a star rating is given, hence the one star.

The food is rather bland.

Owner is very friendly and takes precautions against cross contamination. Soups are homemade and most are GF.

Service was awesome and the sandwich was good!

Way too much $ for so-so food. Won't be back.

They are very aware of cross contamination, and know their menu/food source, which enables them to offer options. The GF bread is very good! Lots of options - love this place! The food is great
