This is a must stop whether your a visiting Kelowna or you are a local craving for some delicious treats… We tried the most absolutely and delicious Cinnamon rolls ever, they are not only very soft, moist and flavorful but also they do not feel dry or crumbly… with the right sweet balance, in other words, they are perfect!! If it wasn’t because this place is a dedicated GF kitchen, you could think that you were eaten a regular cinnamon roll However in my opinion these GF are wayyyyy better.

Absolutely amazing celiac bakery! The carrot cake and cinnamon buns are my favorite. Saturdays they have fresh mini donuts and waffle corn dogs. You need to pre order before picking up, but they often have lots of things available in the freezer for purchase without order as well.

Holy shit, so delish!!!!! I think best gf muffin ive ever had. Ive only tried the one blueberry one so far from frozen, and let it thaw out naturally and wowza. Im sad i dont live in kelowna haha

Was visiting from Victoria and this is, hands down, the best GF baking we have ever experienced (6 months into our journey). The breads are chewy and flavourful (how did the nail the texture?), the cinnamon buns were wonderful. We have an 8 year old celiac child (just diagnosed) and for the first time she felt she could enjoy normal foods that kids love. The bakeries we have tried so far are geared towards adults and the cakes and desserts are so fancy. The cakes here are perfect - like a traditional cakes made from scratch. It tasted as good as gluten cakes. They have nailed it here. I wish they had a franchise in Victoria!

On saturday’s they serve mini gf doughnuts and they are the best I have ever had. You could quite literally eat the whole bag. This bakery has the best gf doughnuts I’ve ever had because they are so soft and actually taste like a doughnut. Also their cinnamon buns are delicious!!!

Family run business, very kind people! Unfortunately with covid, they only do ahead of time orders or a select few options to pick up at the door!

Friendly very knowledgeable about GF. Strictly GF establishment, no chance of cross contaminationa at all. Amazing food and local coffee served. Order online at least 7 days prior to for pick up. They have Saturday menu to order from online and pick up or you can chance door service and paying there, but items go fast sometimes. :)

Had the mini donuts and cinnamon buns - SO GOOD!! Taste just like the gluten versions (and the cream cheese icing was the cherry on top!). Easy to order online and staff were really friendly when I messed up my online order and so my buns weren't quite ready when I got there to pick up.

Everything is gluten free. It’s an amazing bakery. Mini Donuts every Saturday, the BEST pizza buns, cookies, buns.... okay, everything is amazing here. You do have to order ahead as they only make a few choice things per day, it’s a family run business and so good that they run out quickly. This is a 100% celiac (GF) safe facility. Friendly staff who do their best to accommodate you. AMAZING GF BAKED GOODS!!! Highly recommend their cinnamon buns, cheese bread, pecan tarts and perogies. YUM!

Stopped in while visiting Kelowna, hands down the best cinnamon bun I have ever tasted after being Celiac! Tastes just like Cinnabon or Cinzeo. Will definitely being going back for a treat. They also were offering fresh bread, muffins, hot dogs and gf style pop tarts. Very friendly staff who made me feel very comfortable and welcome!

Oh my Lord! If only I had Canadian citizenship I would move to Kelowna for this bakery alone. They are entirely gluten free. I ordered 6 cinnamon buns and 4 pastries. One after the next was equally perfection. As a celiac I defy you to find a bakery to equal nor are you likely to match the taste and quality at home. To sum it up, they are "Divine" . Tried the Donuts and cranberry orange muffins are amazing.

I just had their gluten free cinnamon buns, oh my goodness they are fabulous!! The bun was fluffy and tender, there was a nice amount of delightful cinnamon gooeyness on the bottom and it was topped off with a dollop of cream cheese icing, so good!They offer a wide variety of baked goods including: breads and buns, muffins, danish, brownies, butter tarts, cookies, mini doughnuts, cupcakes and celebration cakes. It is best to order ahead online at www.crumbsandroses.ca as they make different items each day. This family run gluten free bakery is well worth trying.
