Burger was ok. No dedicated fryer. They brought my burger and I it into it someone came running out saying the onions had beer in them. I promptly spit it out. A few minutes later they came out and told me it was a mistake and returned my burger cheeednup spit out bite and all.

Staff very knowledgeable, farm to table burger bar with in house ground beef! No dedicated fryer but did an excellent job of pointing out before I even asked. Offers a gluten free bun to go with amazing burger choices which can almost all be easily enjoyed GF with simple modifications. Since I couldn't get the fries or the crispy mashers, BUT I still had the choice of house made coleslaw, house made potato salad, and the heavily recommended by the waitress garlic butter green beans with heirloom tomatoes. Had two ciders on tap, as well as Two Bros Prairie Path and other ciders in bottles. Vodka menu also marked GF!
