My daughter (who has celiac disease) raved about this gluten free cheese pizza. It was probably one of the best GF pizzas she’s had since her celiac diagnosis 2 1/2 years ago. They took the safety precautions seriously (you can see into the kitchen so I was able to see them changing gloves, using a separate pizza cutter, etc). It’s cooked on an aluminum sheet in a shared wood fired oven with other pizza. The pizza was so flavorful with a crispy crust and wood fired flavor. So good!
