Did eat there twice now. Base is indeed under done. Quality of the pizza depending on the cook. First time topping was very good. Second time it was less. Red served to cold.
Eaten here a few times and never had an issue, bases can be a bit underdone in the middle but a really good family friendly option.

Claims to offer gluten free but then said that they can't guarantee, so would avoid

Staff knows which pizza sauces are GF and will take time to explain. Of course, I have tasted bettet pizzas before diagnosed w celiac
:) so far so good. My Boyfriend had made the effort to try search out an option that would suit my allergies and intolerances. There were after much filtering 4 choices on the menu that were gluten free, citric acid free, soy free, pork free... And for that I was soooo thankful. The people taking the order on phone were Super patient and understanding. :)

Had a gluten free pizza after sooo long at Crust. Some staff were knowledgable while others not much. Not very cheesy pizzas like back home, but still yummy.

Crust is an excellent option if you are avoiding gluten. Their gluten free pizza crust is brought in from Australia. Celiac diners beware... the store is small and there is a high risk of cross contamination in the preparation and cooking areas. Most of the staff seems to well understand the contamination risk and will do their best. If you are highly sensitive or celiac, it would be a better option to request to purchase the crust from them (it come vacuum sealed and frozen) and make your GF pizza at home.
Great GF pizza. Some staff very knowledgable others not so much. Beware of the meat as some is not GF. Best GF I have found. Crust is excellent and not gummy like other.
