Welcome to Cryin Coyote BBQ. All of our smoked meats, BBQ Sauces and hand-crafted sides are made with naturally gluten-free ingredients and processes. Our fryer is only used to make gluten-free French Fries. No breading ever in our fryer. The only menu items that contain gluten ingredients are our cookies, sheet cake, corn bread, buns for sandwiches, croutons and white bread that accompanies our bbq plates (removable upon request). We are not a 100% gluten-free restaurant, however, we are very gluten-free friendly, and take safety precautions for Gluten-free allergies. We hope to serve you soon!
