Review of Crystal Fish

Crystal Fish is a great sushi restaurant. I am gluten-free (celiac) and they haven't made me sick yet. They have a pretty clean prep area, even when they are busy, but for gluten-free I recommend coming in at a less busy time, like between 5 and 6. That goes for any restaurant without a separate gluten-free prep area, though. They are right near the Aquarium. why not get on board with the Seafood Watch program? I guess maybe the red 'avoid' designation on most of the menu items might be a bit of a downer. I would love it if they would at least note which items on the menu are locally caught and or/sustainably raised or harvested.
