Cubby's does a great job of providing GF options -- they have GF buns and GF fries, which is really all I ask for.
However, they have recently reduced the size of their burger patties (to a microscopic 2.5 ounces), and claim to have "reduced" their prices accordingly -- to about $9.50 per burger! That's for the burger all by itself: I spent $20 on a single-patty burger, order of fries, and a medium-sized fountain drink. I won't be going back. It's really too bad, because Cubby's used to be a reliable go-to for GF burger cravings, even though it was always a bit pricey. Now it's both pricey and a genuinely bad bargain.
Bye-bye, Cubby's.

We were actually at the Orem location…the food was great! The service was fast and the facility was very clean. The menu can be modified to be gluten free if you ask for a gluten free bun, etc. my celiac so. Ordered a burger that had crispy onions that they modified by leaving when we asked for the gluten free option. They have a dedicated fryer for the French fries. They were delicious! We would definitely eat here againđź‘Ť

Really good fries that they will fry in a dedicated fryer if asked. Lots of GF options including salads and burgers with GF buns. Highly recommend the Buffalo Bleu Fries.

Separate fryer for gluten friendly fries and such. Delicious gluten free buns for all the sandwiches and burgers! Super friendly staff :)

I haven’t had a good Italian beef sandwich in years. This was exactly as I remembered. Caution! They only have one au jus to dip the sandwich. Fortunately, I was the first one so it was clean, but when they dipped my wife’s regular bun, it’s obviously contaminated. I pointed this out and they seemed genuinely concerned and vowed to change that. If you have it dipped, buyer beware or be the first in line. Hopefully this will fixed shortly.

Never been sick here! The staff is very knowledgeable, yummy GF buns, separate GF fryer, tons or options I believe they even have a separate kitchen area for GF foods.
I am a very sensitive celiac and have eaten here countless times and have never gotten sick! Love this place!
This place was great!! Staff was very knowledgable about what is & isn’t safe. We ordered grilled cheese, cockadoodle doo, & chicken poblano soup. All of it tested gluten free with Nima Sensor.

Excellent food and knowledge staff. They have great GF buns for their sandwiches and burgers. They also have a dedicated fryer for their fries
My husband with celiac eats here all the time and has never had issues. The gf buns are really good. We love the Tetonka sandwich, sweet potato fries and steak salad.

Great for gluten free options however food is not that great, especially for the price. Small portions and not much flavour.

Their buns are GF but not DF (made with buttermilk) so we had a burger wrapped in lettuce. Had sweet potatoes fries and rosemary fries. Both very good and in a dedicated fryer. Restaurant in Spanish Fork said there was possibility of gluten contamination in GF fryer as gluten containing fryer drips over the top of the GF fryer so they directed as to go to the Provo restaurant where they were very careful and took care of us. Did not get sick and was very good.

GF bun available. They said they have GF pancakes in the mornings too. Fries are now made in a dedicated fryer (tasty).
They accidentally brought out my sandwich on a regular bun. It was wayyyy too beautiful of a bun to be GF, so I double checked with them and they made me a new one with the right bun (they look very different from each other). I give them a lot of credit for making an effort to offer GF items. The guy in front of me in line was GF too.

After the redesign they now hope GF fries! Hooray! Love the salads and sandwiches here. And the buffalo blue cheese fries are amazing!
I had a gluten free tri-tip sandwich and it was very satisfying. Staff warned me away from any fries, the frying oil is gluten contaminated every morning. I was very impressed.
Super great food. Staff is knowledgable and friendly! One of our favorite places!
Wonderful! I had the tri steak sandwich. I was amazed by the bread, I called back to make sure it was GF and I wasn't going to get sick (Only after halfway through my sandwich the bread started to fall apart I went, oh yup definitely gluten free!). I'm excited to visit their Sugarhouse location near me and try more of their tasty menu.

Great place to eat before I had celiac and still a great place now. Majority of menu is gf or can be made gf my switching to a gf bun--including the famous tri-tip sandwich! In the mornings the fryers are used for something else so they can't say that it's a dedicated fryer for the fries, which is too bad because their fries and sweet potato fries are delish. Nonetheless, you can have. Quinoa salad for a side dish which is a good healthy substitute . Staff if very knowledgable about gf criteria and gloves are changed. They also boast, fresh, healthy, local ingredients. No freezers or can openers. Great bbq sandwiches, other sandwiches, salads. A nice gf treat.
The bun was a little too bready & the fries aren't GF (shared fryer), but the meat & sauce more than made up for it! So, so delicious! The staff seemed really knowledgable about GF. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Provo.
I love Cubby's! I've eaten here several times, and the food is always great. My favorite is the rib city sandwich on the gf bun. The bun isn't amazing, but it works to hold the meat. The rib city in a salad is also delicious. I really like how flavorful the meat is. Also, I know now that the fries aren't safe (shared fryer), but they are amazing! I loved them the one time I ignorantly tried them :)
