Authentic Mexico City bistro that has a lot of naturally gluten free items that are prepared fresh daily. My suggestion would be to introduce yourself and mention your dietary restriction to the owner Ana or her manager, this is what we did and she made sure everything was handled correctly. They also offer a Sunday brunch with corn pancakes that we are looking forward to trying.
