The owner is very knowledgeable about Celiac. We eat here often and have had GF food catered for family events. They have GF and cauliflower crust, and GF penne that is cooked in separate water (a lot of places don’t do this!!). The last time we had food catered, it was so good that no one believed it was GF. One of the food places we feel comfortable eating at.
