Called to check as website could cater to all dietary requirements. They discussed what they had in place for my and vegetarian requirements. Meal was absolutely beautiful and it did not feel like I had something missing from my plate or I was an after thought which you often do. Service and food was impeccable and it was great to celebrate with friends for a special occasion without worrying about being glutened. Would love to eat here again in the future. Was a fixed menu but everything was adaptable. Thanked chef on way out and he said he loves the challenge of creating dietary requirement food as it makes him and his team think out of the box. No seperate GF menu they adapt current menus.
