Update: the fries are safe now. We have not had a reaction. They have GF buns.

We have been there so many times now, it is in our regular rotation. The people working here are so incredibly nice. I mean, REALLY nice, like, nicer than Chick-fil-A employees! 😱 Some of my mom-friends treated our kids to custard after the last day of school, and the manager came by to see if he could treat us moms to custards too since we did not order for ourselves. So kind! And when the employees bring out the custard to the kids, it is always with such kindness. So, the service is outstanding.
The food is equally as great as the service. We have family in Wisconsin, so we were thrilled to have a legit custard restaurant so close to home. The burgers are quite good, and every time I have ordered mine with a note for gluten allergy, it has come out perfectly. Their GF buns are my favorite anywhere. Served warm in a sealed bag. It’s far and away the best fast food burger for celiac sufferers.
Every kids meal comes with a free custard, so be sure to hold onto the paper tickets on the kids meal bags. And also be sure to hang onto the other half of the ticket, because when you collect 10, you turn it in for a free kids meal. 🙌🏻

The staff is knowledgeable and brings out a gluten free bun in a sealed package that’s been steamed so you know it’s gluten free. The fries I’m pretty sure are cross contaminated but the butter burgers and a lot of shakes are safe.

I have never found a GF menu at a Culver's. This one has GF buns and their fries are not fried with anything breaded. The bun is cream of the crop and does not fall apart after 2 bites.
We often go to this location and always have a great experience. No fries but great burger and bun and custard.

Nice to have a spot in between Cincy and Indy that is reliable. Great burgers and bun! No fries.

Culver’s is great, because they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. They have a gluten free bun for those who need this option. However, their bun does have pea fiber in it, which I can’t eat due to it being one of my trigger allergens for my autoimmune disease. I like to eat either their chili cheese fries or I will get a burger with no bun and make it a basket.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
