GF bun came in a bag and tasted pretty good. They forgot the condiments for my burger so it was a little dry. This location does not have a dedicated GF fryer for fries.

They do have a GF bun that comes separate from the burger just like chick fil a. I was told the french fries were used in the same fryer as other menu items which will put you at risk for cross contamination.

Asked for gluten free options, they had none. They also said they can’t recommend eating there as there is cross contamination. Definitely not safe.

Cashier noted gluten allergy on order. I ordered the burger with cheddar cheese and gluten free bun. The bun was good. The hamburger was very greasy. However, I ended up very sick after eating it. I’m assuming cross contamination.

My wife who has Celiac loves Culver's. She says their gluten free bun is the best. Also, she likes them because when she orders they ask if it is due to preference or allergy. The first time she ordered the guy at the drive thru window even gave her a pamphlet that shows all the gluten free options on their menu. Great food and great people!

We often go to this location and always have a great experience. No fries but great burger and bun and custard.

Nice to have a spot in between Cincy and Indy that is reliable. Great burgers and bun! No fries.

Culver’s is great, because they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. They have a gluten free bun for those who need this option. However, their bun does have pea fiber in it, which I can’t eat due to it being one of my trigger allergens for my autoimmune disease. I like to eat either their chili cheese fries or I will get a burger with no bun and make it a basket.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
