Review of Culver's

Culver's serves the most delicious gluten free buns that are steamed and given to the customer still in the bag, so there's no risk of cross-contamination. The allergy list is very comprehensive, and includes the fries, but I didn't inquire about the dedicated fryer (was too busy enjoying my chicken sandwich!). If you don't mind assembling your own burger/sandwich, this is as safe as it gets!
