Great GF burgers! Got the mushroom Swiss. Just make sure they add the extra condiments that you want. We had to ask them twice to remove one of the burgers from the order, then they still charged us for it. The manager gave us a refund but….. just double check they got the order right. The food was great for our road-trip lunch.

Told them I had a gluten allergy, and they were very happy to help. Ordered just a hamburger and drink, and the GF bun is prepackaged, which was great. Was able to eat with family and friends and enjoy a GF meal.

Despite this being a chain restaurant, I gave it a try based on recent reviews. It was great! It’s a McDonalds type chain, which I haven’t been in since being diagnosed with celiac….about 10 years! The bun comes wrapped separately and you assemble the burger, I felt very safe. I’m planning to stop on the way out of town to grab a few more burgers for the road! Wish this chain was available on the east coast!

Initally nervous about eating here. 2 celiacs here and they are very very careful, gloves, separate area. We ordered two mushroom/swiss burgers and they were the absolute best gf burgers we've had. The buns they use are amazing and prewrapped (they are not udis, different brand) They dont even open it, you do. Most custard is gluten free as well, some of the toppings are not but the sauces like chocolate, peanut butter and caramel are gf. Highly recommend. Cant wait to go back!

They have gluten free buns and really went out of their way to to be careful and had a allergy button. Fries do not have a dedicated fryer so not gluten free but they have a few options we have very sensitive kids and they were just fine.

One of my favorite chains to eat at in the Midwest. They have good GF buns and Delicious salads!...and of course their frozen custard is awesome.

Came here for the frozen custard, which was ok, not a great thick texture, too liquid. Noticed they had a sign, Udi’s Gluten Free buns available.
We often go to this location and always have a great experience. No fries but great burger and bun and custard.

Nice to have a spot in between Cincy and Indy that is reliable. Great burgers and bun! No fries.

Culver’s is great, because they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. They have a gluten free bun for those who need this option. However, their bun does have pea fiber in it, which I can’t eat due to it being one of my trigger allergens for my autoimmune disease. I like to eat either their chili cheese fries or I will get a burger with no bun and make it a basket.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
