Pretty good burger for being fast food. Gf bun was in a separate plastic wrapping so it was clear that was safe. Burger with cheese was a little messy as it came in wrapped in paper to assemble yourself.

Great staff. Pre-wrapped GF buns, allergen menus at the counter, options for sandwiches, sides, and custard. My Reuben was excellent and I didn't get sick. The manager said that the fries are fried separately but something about how they handle the oil can result in a chance of cross-contamination. It's so exciting to have a fast place for good, safe food. My non-GF husband loved his burger and fries.

We often go to this location and always have a great experience. No fries but great burger and bun and custard.

Nice to have a spot in between Cincy and Indy that is reliable. Great burgers and bun! No fries.

Culver’s is great, because they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. They have a gluten free bun for those who need this option. However, their bun does have pea fiber in it, which I can’t eat due to it being one of my trigger allergens for my autoimmune disease. I like to eat either their chili cheese fries or I will get a burger with no bun and make it a basket.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
