Their gluten free burger is amazing! They ask if it’s an allergy or a preference and prepare it accordingly. And the udi’s gf bun is bagged for you to assemble yourself out of caution.
Excited they use gf buns. Comes individually wrapped. They seem gf aware. They said fryer for fries isn’t cross contaminated but I would verify that. They can use gf buns for anything , including Reuben! love that sandwich. I’m not celiac but excited I can eat here. Maybe they’re training staff on gf, a great start. Ask questions.
The staff seemed very knowledgeable and asked if I had an allergy when I asked for the gluten-free bun. It was then notated on my receipt and order. You’re probably much better here than at some other big chain. I can’t say if fries are cross contaminated because I opted to get something else. Either way, I had no reaction.
I get a double bacon deluxe maybe 4-6 times a year (I tell them it's an allergy and they mark it as such on the order board, although I'm not sure what difference it makes). I don't order any sides. The GF bun is average and crumbles easily, but it comes in a sealed bag and they warm it for you. All together it's tasty, and I haven't had any symptoms or issues with contamination. (I do have to ask for or bring my own condiments)
