Gluten free buns, and they don’t assemble the sandwich for you which makes me feel much safer! The inside of sandwich comes separately. I don’t risk the fries because I’ve gotten different feedback about them but I love the mashed potatoes without gravy. Most staff is pretty good about it, they ask if it’s allergy or preference.

Trendy GF ONLY! For anyone with an actual allergy or celiac this place is a huge no go.

They are so great here!! A celiac safe fast food burger is a dream come true. Have eaten here several times without any gluten issues!

Staff was very knowledgeable and knew to tell me the fries are in a shared fryer so I could not have them. But I got a great burger with a GF bun that they steamed to make it softer. The cole slaw was amazing and a great side alternative.

Gluten free bun came in separate bag. My daughter didn’t have any reactions. I would imagine precautions will vary by employees. I had to ask about the gluten free options.
