I got a gluten free bun with a cheese burger and had no reaction . They put the bun in a bag and they can also write down on your order that you have an allergy.

Our family of 4 is gluten free, we love Culver's! They switched to another gluten free bun and it is less crumbly than the prior one.

I ordered the beef pot roast sandwich with the warm gluten free bun, mayo, horseradish sauce and side of apple sauce. Everything came separate, in is own container and I put it together myself. They asked if it was an allergy and the cashier seemed knowledgeable. She knew the fries were in a shared fryer and probably not safe. No reactions here! My daughter saw how good my roast beef looked (and tasted) and went back to order herself a sandwich too. First time at Culvers and won't be my last!

Celiac here, I eat here when passing through payson and have never been glutened. I keep it simple and just get a plain burger on the gf bun and sometimes a sundae. Tell them “wheat allergy” when you order.

What a nice surprise! A fast food chain with a 2 page GF menu. Staff was very knowledgeable ask if it was an allergy or choice regarding the GF. The burger was delicious and don't forget about the frozen custard YUMMY

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
