When you order at the counter tell them it’s an allergy. They will ask you what condiments you want. Gluten free buns available at a surcharge. They are prepackaged and sealed and brought out separately to the table with your burger. Some assembly required. Fries are not gluten free as they are prepared in a common fryer.

They are so great here!! A celiac safe fast food burger is a dream come true. Have eaten here several times without any gluten issues!

Staff was very knowledgeable and knew to tell me the fries are in a shared fryer so I could not have them. But I got a great burger with a GF bun that they steamed to make it softer. The cole slaw was amazing and a great side alternative.

Gluten free bun came in separate bag. My daughter didn’t have any reactions. I would imagine precautions will vary by employees. I had to ask about the gluten free options.
