Had a carrot cake cupcake today. My first reaction was "Are you sure this is the gluten free one?" Very moist, and light unlike most GF desserts. Flavor was light but with lots of layers. Just the right amount of carrots, raisins, & cinnamon. The frosting was delish!! I could have eaten an entire bowl of it!!! Just the right amount of sweet & flavor, and best of all.....no residue/film in your mouth afterwards. Looking forward to tasting other favors!
