The cupcakes are fantastic,but the gluten free ones are not celiac safe. I kept trying, but more than once (and I can verify the source was from no where else), i had a celiac reaction. It was small, but it definitely was not celiac safe. Too bad. I suspect that any bakery that also has wheat flour would never be celiac safe (they do claim to keep everything separate and clean), but I was hopeful. I had to take my activated charcoal pills to reduce my symptoms after eating my cupcake yesterday.
My only option now is my own baking or try fully GF bakeries.
