The owners are highly educated on gluten issues and other allergies. They have a 3 ring binder under the counter with lists of what is safe for gluten, peanut, dairy allergies. It is not a place to go for lunch, but a place for desert. You can also order a specialty cake for that special someone with gluten allergies that is unbelievable. So fresh and Moist that your friends with out gluten allergies will not know it is gluten free.
