There are several restaurants at the resort. Overall, everyone here knew what gluten free meant and did their best to accommodate. However, I stayed here 6 days and did experience different staff telling me different things about what was gf or what accommodations needed to be made. I have pretty mild celiac symptoms but by the end of the trip my tummy hurt. However, I think I was more lax than I could have been. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and as far as I can tell this is probably one of the best resort on the island for celiacs (I’ve heard good things about Sandals too, but liked this location and price better).

Salty Iguana - Ocean/poolside casual dining with bar. Nothing marked gf but able to accommodate. I had fish tacos and a chicken bowl. I preferred the bowl.

Ç Spice - I think they have mediterranean food here for dinner but I only went for breakfast. They had gf toast and pancakes. I had an omelet and toast. Yummy!

Zala Gastro Lounge - This was the only restaurant that had menu items labeled gluten free. I ate here more than anywhere else I think. Delicious cocktails. Steak, ahi tuna nachos, arepitas, salmon with fried rice.
