Review of Curate

I was a little nervous sharing plates with non gluten free dining partners but they always allowed me to take mine first (highly important). that said, the staff asked before ordering about allergies and then even further asked me if cross contamination was an issue and then advised me accordingly. The menu clearly stated what was gluten free and as the staff brought each item out, they reiterated what was safe for me to eat. Not all the food was my favorite but as an establishment it was safe, the staff was well trained and I felt listened to.
