Fantastic! Very knowledgeable about Celiac and cross contamination. Servers are trained on ALL menu items, especially preparation of gluten free options. Almost everything in the menu can be made GF. I had the stuffed banana peppers, the black bean soup, the jerk chicken sandwich on a gf bun, and even dessert! They have a dedicated fryer, so I was able to safely eat French fries for the first time in years! Everything I had was absolutely delicious, and I ate my meal with confidence that I would not be ill. I have been going to Curly’s since they opened, and will continue to frequent the restaurant when I am in Buffalo for the summers. Truly a safe place for Celiacs!
