The menu has several items marked as gluten free. I ordered the tuna salad, which felt safe, but tasted just okay. I wouldn’t order it again. With many other Salida restaurants serving gluten free food, I don’t think I’d go back here again.

After letting my server know that i was celiac, my meal was served with bread on top of it, I was mortified that I had to request they remake my meal, having to explain cross contamination to the cook.
The gravy on the remade plate was off, I knew it was lighter than it should have been. But I told myself that I was just being paranoid... yup the cook deliberately glutened me.
Just don't go here.

Very nice atmosphere. GF indicators on the menu. Attentive to food allergies. Delicious food.

The bathrooms were nasty, my $36 steak was flavorless, 90% of the lettuce in my salad was bad, and our server could care less. They brought me a straight up baked potato with no cheese or butter on it. The menus felt gross and clearly not sanitized. They were not very busy, and still didn’t take the time to take care of us.

Even during a pandemic where restaurant aren't always able to provide a full menu, Currents had several GF options to choose from. Our server was knowledgeable about Celiac and able to suggest items (with modifications) that I could enjoy. My husband (a gluten lover) and I (the Celiac) will definitely be back!
