Homemade Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies were available today. About a half dozen per $7 box. Delicious. Ingredients listed on the container included “gf flour.” Since I have more than just a gluten issue, I was very grateful when I asked “what type” of gf flour was used and the gracious staff member simply showed me the bag so I could read the ingredients myself. I felt super safe and enjoyed my treat. PS. My latte was tasty too. My brother, who also bought a box, and I hope they do plain shortbread cookies soon. *hint hint Thanks Custom Cup!
