I ate at The Cut for a special date night with my husband. We will be back. I was given gluten free (store bought) bread and brown butter while waiting for my meal. The wait staff was knowledgeable but double-checked everything with the kitchen. I don't know whether any of the proteins other than steak could be accommodated (I was there for steak). There were so many accompaniment options (you order proteins and starches/sides separately and share the sides). The fryer used for the fries was gluten free and we had fois gras poutine topped with tenderloin (so good). We would split a steak next time because we couldn't finish the meal. We ordered mushrooms and vegetables and it was just too much. So flavourful. Expensive but such a nice experience if you're looking to splurge. We felt it was worth the money.
