This is a wonderful oasis for the gluten-challenged! A 100% gf facility with so many great options for breakfast, lunch, or takeaway treats! I had the Plumber Bob brunch plate with the waffle, bacon, sausages, poached eggs (perfectly done), some insanely good zesty hash (Potato slices with a chipotle mayo), and a refreshing side salad with a blueberry/balsamic dressing! Don't think donut shop... the word bistro is a great term here. I'll definitely eat here whenever in the area! I'll go out of my way, in fact, if passing through!

My mom and I have never been to a dedicated gluten free restaurant before and this establishment made a fantastic first impression! The food was so good and the service as even better. It’s run by a husband and wife dynamic duo who whip up delicious and completely safe options for celiac and gluten free alike. The building has a sign up front stating that no gluten containing products pass through the doors. I felt completely safe eating here and will go out of my way to build a visit to this restaurant into my trips to Kamloops in the future. DEFINITELY visit this place!

This place is OUTSTANDING. Probably the best gluten free Bakery/Deli, EVER! It's so nice to be able to walk in and get whatever you want, worry free. And the food is AMAZING. Easily some of the best breads and sandwiches we've ever eaten. We've taken non-gluten free friends in there, and they're stunned at how good it is. We are so grateful for the Cutting Board, and we're so lucky to have this quaint little place in our town. If you're Gluten Free or not...just go there, it's the best.

Get there early for the BEST sandwiches you’ve had since you’ve been diagnosed. The owners are lovely. The cheesecake and the other desserts are incredible. The baked goods… amazing. Best celiac restaurant in Western Canada.

This bakery is amazing. The phrase “good for gluten free” is not applicable here because a: the food isn’t good it’s $#%&ing FANTASTIC and b: it’s fantastic for any baked good not just gluten free. I would compare them to any bakery anywhere. Also, the owners are amazing! The make a real effort to get to know their customers and make my celiac daughter feel like a celebrity every time she comes in. This place is amazing.

Absolutely delicious!! My husband and I shared the chicken, waffles, eggs and hash browns and ate every last crumb. We would highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

So freaking good! Everything is gluten free, they have vegan options, everything made in house and they have baked goods as well as incredible meals.

The flavours are unreal and while I left absolutely stuffed, I don't have to worry about a reaction. And for those having a hard time finding gluten free beer, they have it...to stay or take home.

The owners/staff were lovely. Very helpful with my dietary restrictions and recommendations. This is the first time I have been out to eat since getting sick & diagnosed as celiac a couple months ago, that I didn't feel like a pain in the a** while ordering. It was so much fun speaking with the owners about their food. What an amazing place! I had the Clucking Lebanese...the flavours and the soft, wonderful, housemade pita blended together perfectly.

I also tried their vegan Rasberry Chocolate cookie and it was so decadent and soft...dreamy! I may have a grabbed a couple of treats for later too. (It's been a while without a really good, rich, chocolatey baked treat lol.)

Highly recommended and can't say enough great things! 👍 Thank you so much, will definitely be the first of many visits!

Such a good dedicated gluten free place! Stopped in to get some lunch and had a great experience. I had the gluten free calamari, and my family (not celiac) really enjoyed their meals as well and couldn’t even tell it was gluten free. The baked goods are delicious as well, and they have a huge selection. The owner is so friendly, and the space is super welcoming. I will definitely be back!

The owner is Celiac. She prides herself on a dedicated gluten free facility. Very great food!! My favourite is the open face chicken sandwich! So delicious! Great bread loaves, muffins, and other various baked goods. Always something new to try! Highly recommended!

Arrived for lunch and were wowed by the quality of the food, professionalism and friendliness of our hostess and wait staff as well as the chef. The pastry chef Marcus is in my opinion a world class professional and his wife, our hostess, Ashley truly knows hows to make her customers feel welcomed and valued. Tableside service was prompt and friendly. The food was spectacular and the pastries to die for. Ashley and Marcus took the time to stop and chat creating a very nice personal touch. Would give them 10 stars but will have to settle for the 5 available. If you need a gluten free menu this is the place for you. A hidden gem in the North Thompson.

INCREDIBLE! 100% GF bakery that also serves incredible breakfast and lunch. Think eggs Benny, true liege waffles, fried chicken sandwich and more. Truly some of the best gluten free food I’ve ever had. This place is a MUST for any celiac passing through Kamloops.

My husband picked up the GF cinnamon buns for my birthday treat! They are huge—we should have just split one! He spoke to the owner and they shared their experiences with celiac. Really excited to have a 100% safe place to go for a meal as well as have some baked goods!
