I'm providing an updated review from my first one below (March 2018). They have improved! You can have 2 options for baked egg dish since they prepare them fresh and the cheese isn't already prepared in the spinach mushroom one (I just had them substitute the Gruyere cheese with the Chorizo sauce. They also have a chia pudding! And they have some GF bread (but it does have cheese). And they now have unsweetened plant milks - hurrah! They got better in time. Original review: I heard about this place from someone who worked here and shared that there are some gluten free and dairy-free options amongst this bicycle - themed coffee shop. You don't have to have a bike to enter but if you biked there, you get a 15% discount. It is a limited menu especially if you need to be gluten and dairy free (like myself) breakfast : the oatmeal is not GF fyi- there was a GF sweet potato dish but it had cheese in it, there is a GF baked egg dish but it had cheese mixed into it. I was able to get a chorizo baked egg dish that was GF and DF made with potatoes onion egg sausage and a special chili sauce - I got it with a side salad since I couldn't do the bread that usually comes with it. they don't have a dedicated area but they said they do sanitize the prep area for a GF order.it was delicious! I also got a Matcha Latte with oat milk (they also had almond and soy) - unfortunately none of them are unsweetened but I didn't have to put any additional sweeteners in my Latte. the only lunch choices would be a buckwheat soba noodle salad and a mixed green salad.I felt fine afterwards and would go again - early on a saturday is best since there was no one else around.
