I took the risk and I got glutened, but I’m pretty sure it was the spring rolls because I felt fine after the pho.Couldn’t finish the spring rolls as I react in real time. The Pho wasn’t anything special and the spring rolls were not good anyway so I won’t be missing this.

Staff is knowledgeable about gluten and will make accommodations in the meals. I’ve only had pho so I don’t know about the other dishes, but the pho can be prepared GF and is great!

Counter person understood that I had an allergy and offered to have my rice noodles cooked separately. I felt fine afterwards. Not sure if I'd call them Celiac friendly per se, but I had a good experience and will definitely go back at some point
Best pho I've had in a long time. Awesome price, generous portions. The owners are allergy-aware and made sure I got a safe meal. Menu is not marked, but I felt very comfortable. I will return often.
