My husband and I went to Cypress last night. We informed the hostess that I have celiac. She told us that we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. When we asked the waitress about gluten-free she was not knowledgeable. Then, the hostess came to our table and told us that there is a bakery in the back part of the kitchen and there’s flour flying everywhere. We walked out. I do not recommend for people with celiac disease.
Not a separate GF menu but very knowledgeable and presented safe options. Food is outstanding!
