DJ's Diner And Drive In

Driving through from Ely to Reno there are very few options on the loneliest highway. We stopped and took a shot that maybe we could get a burger with a lettuce wrap that was GF. The gal who took the order seemed a bit unsure that they could meet the need. She went into the kitchen and when she came back she told me they could do that. I asked that they cook the burger away from any bread products. When the order was made, she came back out with two bags - one with the burgers on bread and the other with just the lettuce wrap burger. She told me that they did their best to keep it away from any bread or wheat products. We appreciated the care and thoughtfulness. My husband did not have any reactions. I would highly recommend a stop here.
