I gave my body a good 24 hours to see how it felt about this experience. I am newer to celiac just about 6 months GF and I don't think I'm as sensitive as some others. I did not have a reaction from eating here. I can say the fries are safe. They are handcut from potatoes no added breading or seasonings, and done in a designated fryer. They have a gluten friendly burger option and I feel like that was probably not the safest but I tried it anyways. It's a double cheeseburger served over a bed of shredded lettuce with tomatoes and fresh onions, served with a fork and knife. I did ask the cook to change gloves before preparing and they were more than happy to accommodate. However, they do only have one grill and they do grill patties on one side and buns on the other, so I see risk of cross contamination. I was in a rush with coworkers and probably could have taken more time to ask more questions/for more accomodations. But definitely safe fries!
