This place is a shack (think food truck) with no indoor seating. Has a large variety of gluten free items. We cannot have gumbo, bread, or fried items, but all of the boiled or grilled items, along with the sauces are gluten free. They don’t kid around with the spice...recommend starting with mild or medium. Food was delicious!
