Amazing food. Amazing celiac menu. 5 stars.
Heaven on earth. They have fried pizza dough as an app - best I’ve ever had. The crust on the pizza was amazing my husband couldn’t believe it was gluten free. I’m extremely sensitive and did not get sick. Going back for a second time tonight :)
I have celiac and am highly sensitive even to cross contamination. I can say with confidence that this place is amazing and very friendly toward GF. They have a separate GF menu. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the restaurant’s certification with Italy’s GF council. He quickly put me at ease and I ate with confidence. Ordered the burger, fries, and a GF beer. The bun was homemade and very delicious. He delivered homemade GF bread as well. A must visit for anyone who is desperate for a good, safe GF meal.
JACKPOT! When you walk in and the first thing they ask is if you require any gluten free menus you know you're in luck! DELICIOUS!!!!!
Had a whole gluten free menu! I got the fettuccini with meat sauce and it was delicious!! The general dessert menu even notes which desserts are gluten free and which ones contain gluten. I believe all but two were gluten free.
Great place! They have a complete gluten-free menu from which you can order a really varied range of dishes. I had the gnocchi al pesto and it didn't disappoint. Thumbs up!
Lovely restaurant - ask for the gluten free menu. I ordered the parpadelle and asked for truffle sauce (combination not on the menu). It was absolutely delicious, better than even non gluten free pasta. There is a 2€ service fee per person though and at 13.50 for the dish, it's probably considered pricier for the area. Would definitely order again.
The homemade GF fettuccine, was delicious! My husband got the GF carbonara which was also amazing. Great place, service & I didn’t get sick (am celiac)
This place was so good, for my friends, and for me. We ended up coming back here more than once! They had the best GF bread I had in Florence. I had them pack it up for me so I could have it for my wine tasting later that day. My favorite items here was the deliciously cheesy eggplant parmesan, and the side of roasted vegetables. They also have a dedicated fryer. Our waiter was very attentive as well. Great experience, and close to the train station and Accademia Gallery.
The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had an extensive gluten free menu and took extra care to avoid cross contamination. Their gluten free pastas and pizzas as well as their bread were amazing!
Excellent service. Excellent repas de gnocchi. Ils font vraiment attention à la contamination Excellent service and excellent gnocchi. Very carefull with potential contamination.
AIC certified. Had delicious fresh GF spinach and ricotta ravioli in a rosemary-oil sauce. Fresh, homemade bread. Wonderful, fresh salad. Will go again.
The staff was so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about celiac. And the food was superb!!!
Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this awful dining experience. I will say that my husband did not get sick, but his meal came out 40 minutes after everyone else had already eaten and had their plates taken away. Absolutely terrible—we even offered to have it be a ‘take away’ meal after all that time waiting, which they ignored but promptly came out with the meal. It was unbelievably awkward, the rest of the tables food was woefully average, and overall we left in a terrible mood. I will say his food was fine, but it was NOT the incredible dining experience we have had all throughout Italy.
Food was good, but not outstanding. Celiac safe. Gluten eaters enjoyed their pasta dishes.
Went for lunch - patio is spacious and airy - staff attentive and helpful. Separate GF menu. The pizza was amazing! We will definitely go back, highly recommended!
Very attentive to gluten free. The bruschetta was good but a little salty. The gnocchi was okay but nothing remarkable. They brought out bread but you could taste and smell the vacuum sealed container it must have been in. Still a good option though, gluten people liked their meals. Not a bad price either. Tiramisu was very good though!
yumm! The braised beef with mashed potatoes and broccoli with a glass of red. Delish!
Separate menu with a lot of great options! One of the best in Florence! And very safe!
Très bon restaurant sans gluten, pizzas, pates et desserts disponibles. Personnel très sympathique, je recommande !
Fantastic Selection of the Tuscan classics (gluten free) you came to Florence for. The soups are a meal by themselves, but we found a way to finish the inferno pizza. Highly recommended.
Great pizza and great atmosphere. Staff was knowledgeable and easily helped guide me toward what was and was not gluten-free. Would recommend!
Staff were amazing and this was hands down the best meal me and my husband had!
4 nights in Rome, 2 in florence, best GF pizza I ever ate. By ever I mean not just Italy in my life. Very cheesy which I like and look at all the prosciutto (pic uploaded) . Waitress was very friendly and spoke perfect English. Not far from the David.
Incredible service (ask for Serena, she will take good care of you) and dedicated area in the kitchen for GF. Gnocchi was incredible. Also accommodating for dairy free. Homemade GF bread, my husband couldn't tell the difference with GF bruschetta we ordered. Wish I was staying in Florence longer so we could eat here again.
Enjoyed my GF pizza! Friendly staff. reasonable price.
Best celiac friendly restaurant we found in Florence (and we ate at a bunch). We went a few times including on our last night. The GF pizza was definitely the best. Highly recommend.
Amazing! Loved the bruschetta and gluten free pizza! For anyone with egg allergies too, the pizza crust is egg-free.
Wonderful pasta dish! So many choices! Rest of my family not celiac and all enjoyed their meal. Would definitely come back!!
Very pleasant lunch! Had fresh tagliatelle with tuscan meat-sauce and bruschetta. The prices were very reasonable and they had a great GF variety. The service was very good for Italian standards.
Dedicated gluten free menu. Best pizza and bruschetta I've had in Florence!
THIS WAS AMAZING! Myself (a non celiac) and a friend (celiac) split a full gluten free course and it was amazing. I have had multiple pizzas this trip and this is easily the best! Please try the cheese pizza, the appetizer with pizza dough, ricotta and meat (amazing!!!). Hands down a must for any celiac or non gluten eater (they have separate menus)
DELICIOUS! They have a separate gf menu. Had house made fettuccine with truffle sauce with a gf Peroni beer.
fabulous food and service! Great gf desserts!
Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!! BEST meal I've had in Italy Bruschetta tasted just like regular bread and the spaghetti and tomato sauce was one of the best meals I've ever had. Wish I had more time to come back!
Amazing GF options and my non GF family members had awesome meals here !! If you are in Florence don't miss this place! GF bruschetta, GF pasta, GF beer, and GF dessert. ALL very good !!
Pizza, tiramisu! All gluten free and delicious!
Absolutely fabulous- wonderful menu, food is offered that you wish you could but never can, Here you can have it all! A must visit when in Florence~ really should be a 10 star! Staff is great - very knowledgable about Celiac ☺️🍴🍝🍷💃🏻
Great pizza! Had the prosciutto. Also had very good GF tiramisu! Worth every penny. Actually wound up going back for another GF pizza while we were still in town.
Separate menu for celiacs
best gluten free pizza I've ever had and a huge menu of dishes to choose from
They have an entire GF menu and the waitress was fabulous.
The food was pretty good, nothing fabulous but I finished my plate. They were helpful considering they had a gluten free menu, just make sure to ask for it! Nice little restaurant ! 💗
This is my 2nd favourite GF restaurant in Florence (after Ciro&Sons). The pasta is amazing, it's open when other places are closed, and you can get a bottle of house wine for 13 euros (cheapest I found in the city). Go here when Ciro&sSons is closed. :) Ate here and at Ciro&Sons almost every day for 5 days.
This restaurant had an excellent GF menu. I enjoyed the olive oil and bread, then pizza. My non GF family members enjoyed pizza, pasta and burgers. We rarely go somewhere twice, but it was worth a return visit. Great service from Alex. Reserve for indoor charm or enjoy the covered, heated outdoor space. Love it! Will go again!!!
They have gluten free bread, and a whole menu gf. The price is OK for Firenze.
Large menu, many options. Very good pasta e fagoli!
Magnificent! We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find that the gluten free menu was quite large, pizza pasta gnocchi and bread were all available along with several traditional meats, but what really impressed was the chocolate filled soufflé for dessert that we easily could take a bucket full of. Reasonably priced and in a lovely area near the shops in the mercato.
